Qualification :
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major with relevan ekperience min. 10 years.
- Experience as Training & Development Manager min. 5 years.
- Have experience in developing training material (soft skill and hard skill), TNA, and training evaluation, prefereable in Palm Oil Company.
- Strong presentation skill as a trainer/facilitator.
- Fluent in English and good computer literate.
- Willing to travel
