Estate Manager
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Riau)
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of maintenance, gardening and domestic staff at all sites, including health and safety training, logging of holidays/absence etc.
- Responsibility for the upkeep of all properties to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required.
- Responsibility on Social and Community relation on site location.
- Responsibility for budgeting of all the services and annual expenses to each estate.
Responsibility for nursery / plasma on site location.
Requirements: - Degree / Diploma from reputable university graduate from Agriculture (Pertanian).
Min. Above 10 years experience in Palm Oil Management. Experience in Peat Land (lahan gambut) preference - Control productivity crop & labour productivity
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
- English language skill actively.
- Good communication, reporting & presentation skill.
- Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control.
