Agriculture Commodity Marketers (ACM)
Based : Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang
Based : Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang
Responsibilities :
This position is responsible Mapping and segmenting the soybean buyer market. Once segmented, will need to target traders and tofu/tempeh manufacturers, will develop relationships.- Purpose of cultivating the relationships will be to promote soybeans and to have promoters pick up market intelligence such as how are bean perceived in the market, how do bean quality compare to competitor, and what motivates buying behavior.
Requirements :
- Outgoing and curious.
- Self motivated.
- Street smart some creativity as there is very little data available on this market.
- Solid analytical skills (in order to conduct good market analysis and to recommend appropriate “promotional” strategies).
