PT. Ganda Sawit Utama wash established on October 20th, 2003 and act as a flagship to represent Ganda Group companies which mainly focus on palm oil agribusiness as its core business. The Group is expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position :

Askep
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Riau)

Responsibilities:

• To conduct agronomy trials with the objective of improving yields and enhancing the growth of oil palms in peat and mineral soils.
• To be proficient in scientific analysis of information and writing of reports and publications.
• Conduct training sessions to estate personnel on good agronomic practices and water management.
• Plan and provide fertilizer application programs and recommendations for oil palm for the Group oil palm estates plantings and advise the estates on the good agronomic & water management practices for yield improvement.
• Provide trainings/clinics in various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive.
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma from reputable university graduate from Agriculture (Pertanian).
• Min. 5 years experience handle palm plantation.
• Male, age max. 40 years old.
• Control productivity crop & labour productivity
• Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
• English language skill actively.
• Good communication, reporting & presentation skill.
• Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control.
