The fast growing integrated coal mine & infrastucture company owned by the Rajawali Group is seeking potential candidates for the following position:

Land Acquisition Manager (Forestry)
(Jakarta Raya, Lampung, Sumatera Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate land acquisition in forest related area within the agreed budget and time
• schedule
• To coordinate and/or conduct direct negotiation with land owner accompanies within the forest related area
• To coordinate survey and permit process activities in relation with all documentation & technical preparation prior to submission to related goverment institution
• To coordinate the permit process in order to get the required permit or license from related goverment institution
• Managing internal team and external parties related to the land acquisition process
  
  Requirements:
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Law, Forestry/Agriculture or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in telecommunication, lease management, property related area.
• Required skill(s): microsoft office, GIS Software.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
