Processing Plant Supervisor (PPS)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate and smooth flow of the entire processing operation from receiving, scaling, drying, seed conditioning, packing and cartoning that conforms to the standard operation and procedure.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipments needed in the operation to prevent unwanted downtime in the operation
- Responsible in the implementation of the established systems and parameters in processing high quality of seeds at economical cost.
- Schedule the operation to avoid unnecessary overtime. Control overtime expenses to minimum.
- Receive and reprocess returned stocks from Marketing in coordination with the warehouseman. Ensure that returned stocks will be reprocessed after passing the germination test.
- Calculate the actual processing cost for every volume processed
Requirements:
- Male - Female, 25 – 35 years old
- Minimal bachelor degree in Agriculture, Seed Technology, and Related discipline
- Possess 2 – 4 years handling processing in plant area, manufacturing, and production process
- Familiar with K3, lean manufacturing, 5 S, ISO 9001 and seed certification process
- Strong leadership, Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in team, communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skill
- Active in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (windows application) is preferable
