Assistant - Plasma [APL]

Responsibilities:
- Socialization with villagers (masyarakat sekitar) and village heads (kepala desa) with a view to develop cordial relationship on matters of land compensation
- Ensure a team for land compensation is developed and organized for each individual village
- Inspection and verification of documents for areas requiring compensation
- Compensation rates must be as per company and government policy and approvals must be obtained from plantation advisor before commitment to villages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture (agronomy)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to be placed in all units of plantation company
