Requirements:

• Minimal Diploma degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Having experience as Plant Manager in agribusiness
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership, operational, negotiation skill and analytical thinking
• Self motivator with positive attitude possesses.
• Team player and committed to continuous improvement
• Accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
• Speak English both oral and written
• Wiling to be placed at Papua / plantation site
