an NGO working on interrelated health and conservation issues, is seeking candidates for the following position:

CONSERVATION MANAGER
(Location: Sukadana, Kalimantan Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating conservation education, forest restoration, our illegal logging monitoring program, and our organic farming program
• Working together with our health program manager to further develop ASRI's healthcare incentives for conservation program
• Improving program efforts to reduce illegal logging activities in Gunung Palung National Park
• Maintaining a good relationship with community, government, and other NGOs
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Biology / Forestry or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in managing conservation programs
• Creative personality and possession of strong leadership skills
  Proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of conservation issues
