LOWONGAN ESTATE MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill in the position of estate Manager . Opportunities in Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi.

ESTATE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Manage forestry plantation
2. Plan and implement work program
3. Manage all operational staff and administrative support services
4. Manage operating budget
5. Manage estate office, equipment, and construction & maintenance activities as required
6. Manage relationships with local government and local people
7. Ensure compliance with healthy and safety policies

Requirements:

1. Male max. 40 years old
2. At least 15 years experienced in the plantation/forestry industry
3. Bachelor Degree/diploma in Agriculture, Forestry or related subject
4. In-depth knowledge of forestry plantation management
5. Proven experience at financial management and procedures. Impeccable record of probity
6. Cost, time and safety conscious
7. Motivated to work under targets and deadlines
8. Willing to travel and to be relocated to remote areas
9. Proficient in English and Indonesia, both written and spoken
10.Having a good leadership and communication skills
