Our client is a very reputed multinational company with global sales of over US $ 10 Billion in commodities and plantations. We are looking for a very dynamic and experienced Senior Plantation Manager with hand-on experience in start up of Rubber plantations.

SENIOR RUBBER PLANTATION MANAGER
( EXPATRIATE OR LOCAL – GABON , AFRICA )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Senior Plantation manager to head Gabon rubber plantations in Gabon, Africa. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Gabon for setting up greenfield plantations of about 30,000 Hectares in next 5 years. The company has already acquired a land bank of 80,000 Hectares. We would expect the person to have expert knowledge of Rubber Plantations and the hands on experience of starting up plantation from Greenfield stage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  
  Strong plantation background with proven track record of success in rubber plantation from start up , project implementation and development.


• 
  
  15 - 25 – years in the Plantation business (expatriate or local).


• 
  
  Strong Leadership and strong man management skills. Willing to adapt to new country and work abroad at Gabon Africa .


• 
  
  Should have spent last 10 years in as Plantation Manager / General Manager or Senior Plantation Manager.


• 
  
  Should have handled key managerial positions at plantation level.
