Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Secretariat of Director R&D


• 
  
  Monitor progress of implementation of specific projects


• 
  
  Prepare or organize notes to Director R&D


• 
  
  Organize and supervise Department & Division report


• 
  
  Organize coordination meetings between Deparment and Division Head


• 
  
  Minutes of the meetings


• 
  
  Organize external visitors visit
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  Research background in Agriculture appreciated


• 
  
  Efficiency, organizational aptitude


• 
  
  Human relation


• 
  
  Perfect english spoken and writting
