Estate Manager
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Riau)

Responsibilities:
•Management and supervision of maintenance, gardening and domestic staff at all sites, including health and safety training, logging of holidays/absence etc.
•Responsibility for the upkeep of all properties to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required.
•Responsibility on Social and Community relation on site location.
•Responsibility for budgeting of all the services and annual expenses to each estate.
•Responsibility for nursery / plasma on site location.
Requirements:
•Degree / Diploma from reputable university graduate from Agriculture (Pertanian).
•Min. Above 10 years experience in Palm Oil Management. Experience in Peat Land (lahan gambut) preference
•Control productivity crop & labour productivity
•Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
•English language skill actively.
•Good communication, reporting & presentation skill.
•Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control.
