Plantation Manager (code: PM)

Requirements :

• Male.
• Must possess at least a Degree in Agriculture/Forestry, Science & Technology, Quantity Survey, Food Technology, Plantation Research & Development or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry at managerial level.
• Good knowledge in Environmental management systems & sustainability.
• Proven leadership skills, conceptual ability and business acumen.
• Obtain efficient and effective use of resources and good yields.
• Experience with initial feasibility studies, sources, details, and land purchase is a must.
• Able to manage the plantation to the expected highest ethical standards and community / social relations to ensure harmonious operations and productivity.
• Willing to train and develop local community to improve their skills and prosperity.
• Willing to be placed in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
