Senior Field Assistant (ASKEP)
Based : Ketapang, West Kalimantan

Responsibilities:
- To set operational budget of harvesting mechanization special project and other relevant related activities, including to plan cost and material and for adequate manpower
- To set operational budget for division expansion when necessary and other related activities, including to plan cost and material and to seek for adequate manpower.
- To implement operational budget accordingly in order to maximize performances, and work effectiveness with minimum cost, and in line with SOPs
- To make daily and/or monthly work plan and report
- To manage and monitor all harvesting activities toward agreed field standard and work norm for target completion / settlement in term of production amount, budget, and standard with efficient use of human and material resources.
- To make regular report accurately an timely
- To lead work force and maintain conducive and productive relationship and good team spirit among people in team and with others outside team
- To coach mandors and harvesting workers and conduct field training program as planned
- To ensure all work facilities available in good and ready use
- To ensure all works run in line with company environment policy and government regulation
- To contribute in establishing and maintaining good and open relationship with local community
- Actively take part in the implementation of environment health and safety policy
- Ensure secure, clean and healthy working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor Of Agriculture
- Diploma or SPMA with experience in field management for 3 years at minimum
- Having good communication to fundamental of leadership
- Having good understanding of Cargill guiding principles
- Having adequate knowledge of field management (field handbook)
- Able to use and read compass and map
- Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel)
- Good knowledge of HIT and OMP
- Able to do risk assessment and investigation to significant impact of environmental aspects
- Able to use GPS
- Good skill in communication
