Requirements:

• 
  
  Male/female, age between 30 - 45 years old


• 
  
  S1 graduated, preferable from Animal Husbandry or relevant studies from reputable university


• 
  
  Having experience min 5 years in similar position from poeltry or cattle industry


• 
  
  Familiar with the tasks of a farm manager such as streamline farm resource management, licensing and relationships with external parties, technical animal breeding and development analysis


• 
  
  Mature, strong leadership, high integrity, analytical, strategic minded and ability to interact and communicate with all level employees


• 
  
  English & computer literacy


• 
  
  Have driving license A and ready for travel


• 
  
  Ready to be relocated in all of company business units
