CERTIFICATION MANAGER
Job Purpose:
- To support sustainability certification program for cocoa bean produce by support the development and implementation of certification program, and engaging programs with cocoa farmers and other stakeholders (local and national) in field.
- And to support the business compost development program and others sustainability key initiatives program.
Main responsibilities :
- Implement the sustainable supply chain programs and initiatives by engaging directly with farmers and farmer groups around our up-country facilities, other stakeholders including local and international institution, and government agencies.
- Lead cocoa traceability and verification systems program within the “sustainable supply chain” for the certification processes of our cocoa bean.
- Lead and coordinate, support and expand opportunities for farmers and others cocoa stakeholders to learn about sustainability cocoa, promote sustainability on cocoa farming and implementing sustainability plan agreed.
- Develop, plan, coordinate and implement activities including but not limited to workshop, seminars, training/course and others programs related to sustainability program (including certification program).
- Support development of initiative program of farmers certification, implementation and in impact monitoring certification program and process.
- Lead in field on program to engage and get farmers /farmers group able to comply with certification program
Requirements:
- Minimum S1, preferably from Agriculture
- To be able to travel and work in remote area.
- To be able to communicate in English; written and spoken
- To have positive working attitude & strong problem solving skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant function
- To be able to work under the pressure and action oriented.
