TERRITORY / DISTRICT MANAGER

( Business Partner for Plantation Owners / Farm Managment )

25 Vacancies (Maluku, Sulawesi,Java, and Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Act as Client representative and Business Partner for Plantation Owner/ Management in managing the operational of Agronomy and plantation process to ensure all planting procedures are executed according to Client Standard.
• Act as generalist in Agronomy Practices in Seeding, Crop Farm and other Agriculture products Quality Standards, Ensuring KPI achievements, supervise the nursery (technical in terms of process monitoring), supervise & control in drying & cleaning process, fertilizer distribution program.
• Set  strategy to achieve sales budget by involving related function communicate it with Sales team to get feedback and support, develop plan based on market/sales analysis : demo, technical meeting/ farmer’s meeting.
• Support trialing planting works  and supervise to meet requirement in term of time, land condition and any specific requirement.

Requirements:

• Candidates can be from any background , however we would prefer a  bachelor degree in Agronomy /  Engineering or Management
• 5-7 years working experiences with minimum 2 years’ experience in Managerial positions (Sales, Marketing & Production) perferably in working with Agruculture Sector .
• Having experiences in agronomy area will be an advantage
• Will be based in Java, Bali or Eastern Indonesia
