We are well established international agro-commodities group working in the coffee supply chain. In partnership with IFC (International Finance Corporation/World Bank Group). We established a Farmer Training Center to increase coffee smallholders income through sustainable coffe production. We also assist farmers to meet with different certification standards and increase quality and productivity

We are searching for candidates to fill the following positions:

SENIOR AGRONOMISTS

• Female or Male
• Willing to be based in Lake Toba area
• Knowledge about Coffee production is required
• Experiences 5 -10 years in agronomy, sustainability and certification, of Field Officers and ability to plan out a network is required
• Good team player, able to communicate well farmers, field officer, manangements and customer
• Good proficiency in English a plus
• Very well organized and absolutely reliable

Our team of agronomists work with farmer groups and supplier in the Lake Toba area. Their main taks are the training of farmer groups in GAPs (Gaad Agriculture Practices), improving quality and productivity, as well as supporting them to meet the requirements of social and environmental certification schemes.
