We are multinational company under PTT Group, Own Stated Company from Thailand. Our core is Palm Oil Plantation business located in West and Central Kalimantan. Due to rapid growth of our business currently we are looking for qualified candidates to join with our team as: General Manager Plantation Palembang (Sumatera Selatan) Responsibilities: Job Purpose:   Manages all activities and operations of plantations, mills and plasma plantations in his area, Establishes strategic planning and its implementation to accomplish goal set by the company, Ensures that all business activities are in line with objectives set by the company, Creates a pleasant working environment conductive to high productivity.   Mengatur segala aktifitas dan operasional perkebunan, pabrik dan kebun plasma di areanya. Menetapkan rencana strategis dan mengimplementasikan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, memastikan bisnis berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan berproduktifitas tinggi.   Key Accountabilities Manages the establishment and discussion process of work plans of each function in his area of responsibilities; Mengatur penetapan dan berdiskusi mengenai proses rencana kerja di areanya.  Leads and coordinates plantation activities in his area of responsibility, including planting, processing, storage, and delivery; Memimpin dan mengkordinasikan kegiatan perkebunan di areanya, termasuk penanaman, proses pertumbuhan, penyimpanan dan pengiriman. Leads and coordinates plasma management; memimpin dan mengkordinasikan Manajemen Plasma Leads and coordinates processing and production; Memimpin dan mengkordinasikan proses dan produksi Leads and coordinates budget preparation; Memimpin dan mengkordinasikan persiapan budget Manages and controls all budgetary expenses and performs evaluations; Mengatur dan mengontrol budget pengeluaran dan melakukan evaluasi. Manages human resources management activities, including personnel budget, training and development, performance management and succession; Mengatur kegiatan sumber daya manusia, termasuk budget perseorangan, training dan pengembangan, performance management. Has the ability to retrain, motivate and develop “Top Performer” employees; Memiliki kemampuan untuk melatih, memotivasi dan mengembangkan karyawan yang berpotensi tinggi. Builds good relationships with military/police personnel, local government and local community; Membangun hubungan baik dengan militer/polisi, pemerintah setempat dan komuniti Creates a pleasant working environment conducive to high productivity. Menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan berproduktifitas tinggi Perform duties as directly assigned by superior. Melakukan tugas lainnya yang ditunjuk oleh atasan Authority Approves financial transactions up to a maximum of Rp. 20 million; Persetujuan kegiatan finansial sampai dengan limit Rp. 20 Juta. Approves human resources activities and policies with regard to organization structure within his scope.
