Plantation Controller
Kalimantan Barat (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement across the Group while maintaining a hands-on approach to the day-to-day management of operations across the plantation division.
Accoutable for the effective and efficient implementation of operational level business plans, budgets and achievement of the Group's performance targets.
To implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs and objectives are met in the plantation division.
Identify and focus on problems and offering necessary solutions for the optimization of the Group Profitability.
Carry out intensive fields visits and supervision to ensure the proper implementation of harvesting, maintenance, fertilizing, weeding and other field activities to achieve optimum yield of high quality crop through industry best practises.
To ensure optimum productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Preferably with at least a Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
Mid 40s, at least 15 years of plantation
Strong ability to plan, strategize and execute processes to accomplish the Group's objectives.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse professionals in the Group
Abiliyya Specializing in Agricutural & Forestry, Oil Palm plantating or equivalent experiences will be an added advantage
