We are a well established foreign company group having business interest in agribusiness at Palm Oil Plantation, where the company still expanding plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence.
We invite dynamic professionals and result oriented person with motivation and creativity to full fill following position:

Supervisor/Manager Health Safety & Environment - Plantation (Code: Spv./Mgr. HSE)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, Social/Law or related disciplines
• Male, 28 – 42 years old
• Min. 3 years experience as HSE supervisor in plantation  company
• Min. 5 years experience as HSE manager in plantation  company
• Occupational Safety Health (OSH) certified (preferable)
• Good understand in Indonesian Manpower Regulation and/or government regulation related to health, safety and environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Having good knowledge Safety Management System Documentation.
• Has strong passion in Conduct HSE Implementation program
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
• Work based in estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)

Responsibility:

• Do and setting all policy about health, safety and environment
• Design and manage operations to minimize environmental and helath impacts and provide workplaces free of recognized hazards.
• Monitor, evaluate and report performance in Health, Safety and Environmental protection.
• Provide training needed to protect human, environmental and physical resources.
• Participate in programs designed to enhance knowledge and improve technology, laws and regulations.
