Farmcokimia is a subsidiary of Farmcochem Sdn Bhd, which is one of the leading companies in Agrochemical Industry in Malaysia. Farmcochem has manufacturing facilites and offices in several countries including Australia, China, Hongkong dan Thailand.
Our main business activity is in the development, production and marketing of agrochemical and fertilizer products. The products which we manufacture and distribute are herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides and soil fumigant. The company also produces various organic and foliar fertilizers, plant growth regulators, hormones, surfactant and wetting agents.

Sales Agronomist - Makassar
( For Makassar )
Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable to achieve sales target in assigned area .
- Monitor sales progress, stock invetory and product availability and provide fast and accurate feedbacks on market information and on competition.
- Develop and expand new market and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Guide and supervise field staffs in field demonstrations and promotion programs to ensure successful performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from Agricultural Department in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agrobusiness or Social Economy
- Minimum 5 years experience in Pesticide company / Multinational companies
- Extensive sales network in marketing Pesticides, Fertilizer and Chemicals
- Strong sales forecasting skill & distribution channel management
- Strategic analytical thinking with effective interpersonal & communication skill
- Result driven, independent and a team player
- Willing to travel extensively and own a driving license (SIM A)
