Field Assistant
(Sumatera Selatan - Mukut, Palembang)

Responsibilities:

Position Purpose:

• To ensure all task details of Nursery (Field) Assistant are understood.
• To ensure up keep work efficient and profitable for continuous growth of the Company.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• To make daily and / or monthly work plan and report.
• To set operational budget of Nursery works and other relevant related activities, including to plan cost and material and to seek for adequate manpower.
• To implement operational budget accordingly in order to maximize performances, and work effectiveness with minimum cost, and in line with SOPs.
• To manage and monitor all Nursery activities toward agreed Pre-Nursery and Main
• Nursery standard and work norm for target completion/ settlement in term of production amount, budget, and standard with efficient use of human and material resources.
• To make regular report accurately an timely.
• To lead work force and maintain conducive and productive relationship and good team spirit among people in team and with others outside team.
• To coach mandors and Nursery workers and conduct training program as planned seedling.
• To ensure all work facilities available in good and ready to use.
• To ensure Nursery works run in line with company environment policy and government regulation.
• To establish and maintain good and open relationship with local community.
  
  Requirements:
  
• Bachelor's degree majoring in Agronomy or graduated from vocational school of agriculture/plantation minimum 10 years experience in palm oil plantation. \
• Having minimum 5 years experience in land clearing for swamp area.
• Having minimum 2 years experience in seed cultivation of palm oil.
• Good command in English (oral and written).
• Computer literate.
• Willing to be placed in remote area (Mukut, Palembang, South Sumatra).
