CAA, established in 1996 is one of the leading oil palm plantation companies in Indonesia. We are an upstream operator with primary business activities in the cultivation and harvesting of oil palms, and the processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil for local sales.

We are currently branching out into mining and are looking for top talent and invite successful professionals for following immediate opening :

Training Manager

 

Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.

• Male, max. 45 years old.
• Having experiences at least 5 year(s) from Palm Oil Plantation Company as TRAINING MANAGER.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring Agriculture / Agronomi is preferable.
• Having good communication skill, good analytical and good personalities.
• Having good presentation and facilitation skills
• Responsible to provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Proficient in Ms.Office programs (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.PowerPoint, etc)
• Applicants must be willing to be placed at Kalimantan Tengah
