Qualifications :

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Kedokteran Umum
• Memiliki surat tanda regristrasi 
• Telah mengikuti dan memiliki sertifikat Hiperkes
• Bersedia menjalani kontrak selama 2 tahun
• Masa kerja dapat dihitung sebagai masa PTT
• Penempatan di unit Ketapang (Kalbar)
