QA QMS & PLANT SUPERVISOR (MOJOKERTO SEED PLANT)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Manage QMS activity and consumer complaint handling, Quality Inventory Management for both Production and Foundation and also Distributor stock.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage QMS documentation, CAR PAR follow up to the stakeholder
• Communicate with commercial team to have update investigation result to complete MCAS.
• Provide summary complaint report in monthly basis
• Actively involved in Internal & external audit ISO 9001:2008
• Ensure complete follow up action and documentation of internal & external audit ISO 9001:2008
• Ensure all complaints are registered into MCAS
• Update quality data status for Commercial Inventory and End distributor Inventory in monthly basis.
• Update quality status for Foundation Inventory stocks in agreed frequency
• Support Warehouse executive during packing clearance especially for quality status of DSS
• Set up audit process in Plant Processing including Warehouse to ensure quality standard.
• Conduct Quality Training for Plant Daily Labor
• Release incoming non seed material
• Responsible for generating report of QMS/Plant Audit, Inventory & customer complaint in regular basis
• Ensure training schedule for Lab team member is executed on time
• Coaching and mentoring team members on technical skills and behavioral skills

General Requirements :

• Job Placement will be in Mojokerto East Java.
• Minimum BSc (Ag) from Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology or related discipline preferred.
• 3 year experience from any relevant position, having knowledge in seed science & technology.      
• Having knowledge SAP is preferable
• Posses strong leadership and able to engage with all level of people
• Computer literate (MS OFFICE, email, internet) & has a good English
