PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, master developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:

Horticulture Executive

Responsibilities:

Supervision of horticulture works pertaining to the maintenance of tress and horticulture landscapes within BBIR. Reports to Assist Manager, Maintenance Department to implementation projects for the improvement of horticulture greenery and landscaping in BBIR. Also supervise the contractor for grass-cutting works in BBIR.

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture or Forestry
• Minimum of 5 years experience in landscaping works and trees conservation
• Relevant experience in the maintenance of plants, trees and horticulture landscapes
• Familiar with agricultural materials, use and handling of pesticides and the effects of the various types of fertilizers on plants
• Strong initiatives with passion for plants
• Self-driven and able to supervise and motivate subordinate
• Fluent in English both oral and written.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
