We are a developing company in the field of Palm Oil Plantation with an office located at South Jakarta (Gandaria 8 Office). We are currently looking for a hard-working and trustworthy employee for position and qualification as below:

Operational Assistant

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive organizational and administration support to the Operational Director including day-to-day secretarial support
• Plan meeting, prepare and collate papers and manage action lists for the Operational Director
• Manage and learn operational reports
• Check, sort, and organize operational files
• Find and compile raw data
• Observe and follow up projects on site and report back directly to Operational Director
• Produce observational reports on any traveling duties
• Act as communication link between internal and external parties
• Act as communication link to implement operational strategy
• Act as a second point-of-view and give ideas or advice when required

Qualification:

• Male / Female
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree
• Working experience: Minimum 2 years
• Detail-oriented and very organized
• Possess strong and professional communication skills to respond to e-mails and phone call in a daily basis.
• Computer literate (Ms. Words, Excell, Power Point)
• Honest and trustworthy
• Based in Jakarta but willing to travel to a remote area (ie. Kalimantan Barat) in a constant basis
• Hard-working and willing to learn
• Good communication skill
• Speak / understand English (Intermediate Level)
• Speak / understand Chinese (Beginner Level)
• Preferable to have knowledge about Palm Oil Industry especially in the agronomy sector
