We are the first company in afforestation field that specialization in teak and cadamba tree, with the first teak and cadamba franchisee and partnership system, trying to seek a talented individual, high motivation, and ready to start and growth together with us as: Field Staff Jawa Timur - Bondowoso Responsibilities: Make and propose weekly and monthly operational budget to GM Field to support operational activity Monitoring and quality controll in field Direct report to General Manager Field Making daily, weekly and monthly report and budgeting to GM Field about planting and seeding process in field Good knowledge in teak and cadamba planting and harvesting process Requirements: Male/Female, max. 28 year old Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent. Required skill(s): plantation, Agricultural. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Bondowoso. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
