General Manager Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Provide management support in promoting company’s image and reputation and establish good company’s relationship with local and central government Answering purchase inquiries regarding pricing, space, bandwidth, etc Help design and update company marketing materials and helping to coordinate special events, promotion, and seminars Develop and lead the implementation of Community Capacity-Building Programs, in consultation with the community council, government units, community groups and other key stakeholders of the project Handle the day to day management of company's Community Development Projects and initiatives implemented in areas and surrounding areas where the company is conducting mineral exploration activities. Develop and lead the implementation of Community Capacity-Building Programs, in consultation with the community council, government units, community groups and other key stakeholders of the project Maintain current knowledge of market pay practices and ensure the business is adequately competitive to financially retain its contributing work force Ensure policies and procedures of the company on community relations and community development are adhered to. These policies will include Community Engagement Guidelines, SHEC-list, Good Citizenship and Business Principles. Possessing documentation and report Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Political Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
