In palm oil industry, there are three main players: Palm Tree Plantation, Palm Oil Mill and Palm Oil Refinery. SWAKARSA GROUP is a privately-owned company integrating the first two in one integrated cooperation, Palm Plantation, Producing Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO).

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in management level in palm oil industry
• Excellent analytical, leadership skills, presentation, technical skills and good in team player
• Ready to be placed at Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan
