We are engaged in cultivation of oil palm, rubber, sugar cane and other crops. We are also a leading producer of branded edible oils and fats.As a growing company, we need driven and competent professionals in the following position:

HEAD of RESEARCH (HOR)

To be successful in this role, you need to :

• Have a PhD (or equivalent) in agriculture or biological science
• Have minimum of 10 years’ commercial experience of tropical agriculture at a senior manager level ( ideally with Indonesia and/or Malaysian experience )
• Be expert in field experience of perennial crops (ideally oil palm, rubber and cocoa)
• Have minimum of graduate level knowledge of genetics and breeding systems
• Be willing to work in a rural location ( 3,5 hours’ drive from airport ) and travel extensively within Indonesia
