Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Job Purpose:

• The position is responsible to ensure a credible standardize Monitoring & Evaluation of Mars Cocoa Sustainability in Indonesia standardize M&E internal to Mars across mainstream with potential to scale up to partners. She/He coordinates the M&E activities and directs the actions of the M&E teams in Indonesia.
• The purpose of the position is to access, manage, monitor and support cocoa sustainability program performance, reporting performance and create learning environment. She/He consolidates and analyses data on routine basis ensuring that verifiable data is gathered and meaningful conclusions can be and are reached from the data, and continually communicating analysis and conclusions so the M&E information is used to improve the Mars Cocoa Sustainability Strategy and Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant discipline (agriculture, statistic, etc) with minimum 3 years experience in M&E systems.
• Good analytical thinking & Interpersonal Skill.
• Good command in English for both written and verbally.
• Proven knowledge in Monitoring & Evaluation systems (design, implementation, evaluation tools and techniques), economic analysis, and participatory planning methodologies
• Proven technical leadership in M&E systems design, implementation and data analysis and interpretation
• Strong computer skills, including ease and skill in using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, databases, statistical software such as SPSS, CS Pro ; SAS, Stata, R, or GIS.
