Seed Production Research Executive

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact as a leader and responsible for an assigned Seed Production Research experimental projects, identifying right area and window to execute the projects.
• Creating a plan of approach with the required parameters, time schedule and effective cost utilization as given by superior.
• Personally monitors all critical activities such as plantings, plant observations, harvest, and recording yield data.
• Data gathering, tracking, documentation & reporting
• Analyzing and interpreting the questions/problems regarding seed production process, conducting a study, and providing practical and efficient solutions accordingly.

General Requirements :

• Degree from the Agriculture Science. Master degree in Agronomy will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of working experiences in seed industry to this role.
• “Can do” attitude, have strong in the leadership, communication, result oriented and team player.
• Computer literate
• Posses good knowledge and skill in statistic
• Valid driver license and good driving record
• Fluent in English
• To be located in East Java.
