The focus here is to work closely with farmers, agriculture sector to grow, harvest, and cultivate, top quality resources for product development.
Candidates can be from any background, however should have exposure and interest in agronomy. We are looking for candidate with good educational background, dynamic and result oriented, with a passion for building excellence in the workplace.

REGIONAL HUB MANAGER
(Sulawesi and Java)
Responsibilities:- Develops and recommends the Regional Hub work Plan as input to the Planning & Development, and when approved, implements programs against the agreed plan, monitors and reports progress and recommends changes/corrections when necessary.
- Manage the campaign and promotion strategies of agricultural programs in the respective region.
- Manages the implementation of fertilizer distribution program to ensure the effectiveness and optimum output of the program.
- Evaluate and Update Supplier Fee structure to comply with agreed budget, quality and quantity required by company.
- Provide advices to Supplier Management in building and maintaining appropriate and mutually beneficial relationship with all stakeholders to create harmonious working condition / industrial peace.
- Develops, recommends, and when approved, guides, controls, adjusts and reports on the implementation of work unit plans, projects, OPEX, and CAPEX budgets and cash flows as per Operations Five Year and Annual Business requirements.
- Oversee the buying process of raw material from Farmers aligned with the guidelines from Buying Department regarding with the Quality and from Plan and Development related with the Buying Price Range.
- Candidates can be from any background, however we would prefer a bachelor degree in Agronomy or Engineering or Management.
- 10 years working experiences with minimum 5 years experience in Managerial positions (Sales, Marketing & Production) preferably in working with Agriculture Sector.
- Having experiences in agronomy area will be an advantage.
- Will be based in Sulawesi or Java.
