Assistant Land Clearing - Plantation (Code: Asst. LC)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agronomy/Agribusiness/Agricultural Cultivation or any related discipline
• Male, 28 – 38 years old
• Min 3 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure
• Highly motivated and creative minded with  a strong drive to succeed is a must
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)

Responsibility:

• Plan and do for all programs Land Clearing
• Coordination with the contractor that all LC programs implemented efficiently on schedule and standards in the SPK and the companyReviewing and updating the job descriptions to reflect the current essential functions and responsibilities
• To make a budget
