- Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agronomy/Agribusiness/Agricultural Cultivation or any related discipline
- Male, 28 – 38 years old
- Min. 3 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry
- Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed
- Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
- Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
Responsibility:
- To assist the Assistant Estate Manager in maintaining the estate under good order and execute plantation activities of the estate
- To regularly inspect the growth of the plantation and take remedial actions to prevent them from disease and other natural hazards
- To coordinate the field operations and supervision of the activities such as harvesting, loose fruit collection, transporting FFB, fertilising, weeding, pruning and other field activities
- To make a budget
