Plantation Manager
Riau - Pangkalan Kerinci
Responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure the targets set by Management are achieved, for both mineral and low land.
- coordinate and ensure total seedlings raised among central and satelite are of quality sufficient to plant the targeted hectarage.
- Develop and implement best practice in transportation, handling, and planting of seedlings from nursery.
- Maintain OHSAS 18001and LEI certification as well as participate and aware to all aspects of EOHS Program, acknowledgeing and commiting to good EOHS performance and its implementation.
Requirements:

Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to apply advance mathematical concepts such as exponents and logarithms.
- Ability to defien problems, collect data, establish fact and draw valid conclusions.
- Good knowledge of Plantation activity, process and costing.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries, Biotechnology or equivalent.
