Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal S1/S2 Teknik (Sipil, Mesin, Elektro arus kuat dan Industri)
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dibidang project management
• Menguasai software project management minimal microsoft project
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal skill dan leadership skill
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke wilayah operational kebun (Sumatra, Kalimantan dan Papua)
