Our client is one of the biggest agrochemical multinational company based on Belgium. They are looking for qualified candidates to fill the vacancies as follows:

Seed Production Technician (Lampung)
Lampung

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Production Target: production area, yield and quality in his/her respective area
• Develop grower relationship in establishing hybrid seed production through working together with growers.
• Educate, supervise and provide production agronomy advice to ensure implementation on production SOP
• Ensure hybrid seed production meets quality standard applied by company and BPSP
• Continuously improved his/her production agronomy by attending in-house or external training, self learning and on the job learning

Requirements:

• College/University graduate, preferably from BS in Agriculture
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably with 2 years sales experiences in Hybrid Rice
• Willing to be relocated at Lampung areas
