We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.

CSR Manager [MCSR]

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Forestry, Social Science, Sociology or equivalent
• At least 4 - 5 years of working experience as managerial level in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in an NGO is advantageous
• Required skill(s): communication, public awareness
• Required language(s): English
• Applicants must willing to travel (business trip) to a remote area

Responsibilities:

• Implement of CSR and corporate communications strategy and activities
• Preparation of informational materials both for internal and external stakeholders
• Data and information gathering for communications and reporting by fostering close working relationship with relevant units, notably EHS, HR, etc.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing CSR framework and Corporate Communications, Policies and Strategies, and Plan
• Maintain contacts and networking with key CSR practitioners and partner institutions
• Assist in developing Public Relations objectives, at local, regional and national level
• Preparation of CSR reporting.
