Group Estate Manager

Requirement

• Candidates must be at the age of  40 years old and above
• Minimum of 15 years managerial experience in an established palm oil plantation group
• Able to manage up to 10.000 - 20.000 hectare palm oil plantation
• Able to design yearly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to achieve the target
• Excellent managerial skill
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from reputable university
• Able to communicate in English (English literate)
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
