Lowongan Estate Manager

We are one of the biggest plantation with business of breeding, planting, harvesting, milling, processing and selling of palm products, rubber, cocoa, tea and coffee; including the oil palm and cocoa seeds for these crops.For this objective we wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and committed candidates to be a part of our team, with the following available positions :

Estate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall development and activities in oil palm plantation estate from nursery to maturity stage
• Ensure infrastructure and supporting units are prepared and available to facilitate cost efficient operations
• Coordinate with all related departments and field assistants
• Demonstrate maturity and care in handling harmonious relationship with local communities and authority

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Agricultural Science
• At least 10 years’ experience in managerial position
• Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing activities from land clearing mineral/peat soil, nursery, to planting and harvesting
• Control balanced production cost and report performance skills
• Command leadership and ability in implementing field operations, man power planning, budgeting, recruitment, training, and etc
• Willing to be positioned in the estate
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
