Responsibilities:
- Develop a budget and plan the garden around the technical operations in the field, from land clearance, LC, breeding, care, harvesting, etc.
- Carry out periodic inspection and incidental to any activity in the field garden
- Control activities in the field of production and improvement
- Controlling operating costs in order to achieve maximum results, but efficient
- Responsible for the implementation of all administrative activities and reporting responsibilities under build good relationships, harmony and kinship with the local community are
- To lead, develop, motivate and care to all personnel under his responsibility
Requirements:
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree on Agriculture or related disciplines Knowledge on rehabilitation of an oil palm estate will be an advantage.
- Excellence leadership, good personality, interpersonal skill, and good communication skill Has strong analytical quality, highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
- Good knowledge on mature oil palm upkeep
