We are one of the biggest plantation with business of breeding, planting, harvesting, milling, processing and selling of palm products, rubber, cocoa, tea and coffee; including the oil palm and cocoa seeds for these crops.For this objective we wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and committed candidates to be a part of our team, with the following available positions :

HEAD ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Estate Manager in planning, organizing, implementing, reporting and evaluate all activities technical (from land clearing, nursery, planting  and harvesting) and also non technical

Requirements :

• MinBachelor Degree in Plantation, Management
• Min 4 years having experience as Field Assistant or Senior Field Assistant and 1 year as handling 2 crops
• Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects
• Strong writing skill including the ability to concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in English
