• Usia maks. 40 tahun
• Pendidikan min. S1 Perkebunan / Pertanian / Kehutanan
• IPK Min 2,75
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Bersedia ditempatkan di lapangan
• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang perkebunan Sawit / HTI/ Karet Min. 5 th
• Bersedia ditempatkan dan ditugaskan di seluruh area di Indonesia
• Memiliki Leadership yang kuat
