PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk is now one of the largest diversified and integrated agribusiness groups, in Indonesia engaged in cultivation of oil palm, rubber, sugar cane and other crops with its products of branded palm oil, vegetable oils and fats. We are looking for competent and professional candidates to fill in the following position :

HSE Head

As the HSE Head you will devise and implement HSE policies and any regulations relating to existing HSE laws. You will also manage and lead HSE improvement initiatives in line with the requirement of company development based on corporate HSE policies and targets.

Requirements :

• S1 or S2 degree in relevant discipline
• Certified HSE Expert
• 5 years managerial experience in HSE field preferably in agribusiness companie
• Strong leadership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and RSPO
• Ability to determine and implement strategic plans
• Fluency in spoken and written English
