ESTATE MANAGER (EM 0911)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the estates according to good agricultural practice, starting from land clearing, nursery, operational activities as well as administration.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Plantation Management/Agriculture.
• Max 35 years old.
• Minimum 5 years experience in palm oil plantation.
• Mastering the culture of palm oil from the land clearing, nursery, administration until the harvesting.
• Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player as well as individual.
• Strong analytical, strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be placed at Bangka Belitung.
• Possess experience in developing a plantation from the beginning is preferable.
