In West Sumatera and West Kalimantan

ESTATE MANAGERS

(salary range : Rp 10 juta – Rp 35 Juta)
 
(To be responsible in developing and managing + 10-15 thousand hectares of  Oil Palm/Rubber or Forestry plantations)

Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable Oil Palm/Rubber/Forestry plantation company.
• Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline/AISP/LISP.
• Possess substantial experience in OIL PALM, RUBBER & FORESTRY development from jungle.
• Possess the capacity to deal with the development of “Kebun Plasma”/’HTI’.
• Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government. authorities in respect of land and its associated issues.
• Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved.
